Entry and waitlist status

• The club will accept entries on a waitlist should the trial fill to the judging limit. Any waitlisted entries will clear if previous entries are withdrawn (up until closing). Any entries unable to clear the waitlist will be notified shortly after closing.

Submit entries – Obedience & Rally

• Use DOCG Online SmartEntry^SM Form for March trials
• Visa, Mastercard and Discover accepted. No American Express
• You must submit and pay for each dog’s entries individually. Unpaid submissions will not be processed.
• $5 of each entry fee is a non-refundable administrative processing charge

Submit entries – Scent Work

• Go to the DOCG Online SmartEntry^SM Form to enter Scent Work trials online. Entries open October 5 at 8 AM.
• Visa, Mastercard and Discover accepted.
• $5 of each entry fee is a non-refundable administrative processing charge

Payment

• The total fee for each entry was shown on each online entry review page, and is also on your entry form submission email.
• All payments are processed privately and securely through Stripe. We do not see or retain any credit card information.
