We are pleased to offer affordable, effective online entry forms, announcement list, and show secretary services for obedience and rally trials.

We offer a complete range of services to help your club with its shows. We can define and maintain online ntry forms and pages for you, and will work with you to provide the convenience that you and your exhibitors expect.

Show Announcement List  (this is a completely free service we offer)

• We maintain an email announcement list of more than 1,400 obedience and rally exhibitors in the southeast United States. This list is used exclusively to announce upcoming trials for independent AKC obedience and rally clubs in NC, SC, GA, and TN.
• Exhibitors may elect to receive show announcements for one or more specific states, or for all of the southeast.
• AKC Clubs in the southeast are welcome to use our show announcement list service at no charge. There is no cost whatsoever to participate. Visit the Show Announcement List page for more information.

Benefits of Online Entry

• Exhibitors appreciate the convenience of doing their entries online, along with the opportunity to preview, make corrections, and print a copy. No need to write out entry forms, search for stamps and envelopes, and hope the entry arrives by the closing date deadline. Exhibitors also appreciate the flexibility of being able to pay via credit card.
• Clubs appreciate the ability to have a custom entry form with the club logo, complete information on the trial classes, and the option to handle preorders from exhibitors.  Clubs also appreciate the additional entries which can be made in the final days before closing. Exhibitors can decide to enter your show right up to the very last moment. Without online entry options you and your exhibitor would miss out on the chance to be in your show.
• Trial Secretaries appreciate receiving an entry form which is completely legible and from which they can cut-and-paste text if they wish.
• Treasurers appreciate not having to process, reconcile, and deposit checks, and deal with the occasional returned check. Online payment funds are received from the payment processor, in most cases within a day. Also,payments for entries cancelled in a timely fashion can be refunded to the exhibitor through the same payment service, eliminating most of the service fee. So entry funds are available as entries are received, and still there is no need to write checks for refunds or deal with bounced checks.

Online Entry – Basic Form 

• Using your information, we will configure and host a standard entry form for your trials.
• We will configure and host a navigation page, which will come up after completing an entry or payment. This is to give exhibitors an easy way to select the next page they want to visit (another entry, payment, or your trial information page).
• Your entry form will be customized with your club logo, and you may include selection choices for pre-orders such as a catalog or lunch order if desired.
• Annual maintenance includes any updates for each subsequent trial weekend.

Online Entry – Optional Extras

• In addition to a standard entry form, we can also provide a QuickEntry™ Form.  Using the dog and owner information you already have on file, the exhibitor can simply select the dog to be entered, with no need to re-enter the details for each trial. Exhibitors love this time-saving feature!
• For online payments, you will need a payment provider, such as Google Checkout or Paypal, along with a payment “shopping” page. You may arrange this, do the setup yourself, and host the page on your own website.  If you prefer, we can setup and host the shopping page for you.
• We can also handle your exhibitor’s payments through the ShowEntries.Info account.   There is no additional charge to your exhibitors over and above the stated class entry fees.

Show Secretary

• We also offer full Trial Secretary services at affordable rates. We can prepare and email your premium list, handle entries, prepare the judging program and catalog, prepare judges books, officiate at the show, prepare results, certify and submit the scored catalog to the AKC, and post results on the website.
• All documents are reviewed with the Show Chair or club officers for approval before release
• We have experience with more than 40 trials and can provide excellent references
